Reservations will be received for Whatsapp, E-mail or through our website, being taken up to 12 hours before the service; Given their demand, we recommend an anticipation of 72 hours. To do so, you must contact any of the channels mentioned above where you will be asked for the necessary data for a pre-reservation. In this instance, our team will advise you and answer all your questions.
By confirming your pre-reservation, the data for the payment will be sent to you, the reservation being effective once you send the voucher.
It will be issued an electronic voucher with the details of the same which will be sent to you for WhatsApp (check that the data is correct as well as the times and meeting point of your tour).
In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival in Uruguay, 100% of the reservation will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled until 48 hours before the day of the activity, it will have a 50% fine.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours of the activity day, the fine will be 100% of the total value of the same.
Failure to appear at the agreed place and time will be taken as voluntary cancellation without the right of return.
You can change the date of your tour up to 72 hours before the start time of the tour at no extra cost.
They will be made with a term of up to 5 business days by the same means of reservation sent by the client.
At the time of the return, the total expenses (corresponding to reserves and refunds) applied by the different entities through which the transfers were made will be discounted.
Our tours have meeting points at the main hotels in the different cities. In the voucher of your reservation, the previously agreed point and time will be detailed and you must wait for the driver at the hotel reception. There will be a tolerance of five minutes of waiting after the agreed time. The start and end time is from your hotel until you return to it.
For transfers from airports and terminals, our drivers will be waiting for you with identification upon arrival, counting 60 minutes from the arrival of your flight or boat (if you need more waiting time, you must request it 48 hours before).
Our tours are carried out in small groups of no more than 15 passengers.
All our vehicles are duly authorized with the corresponding security measures.
In the event that the activity has less than 6 people, the tour will be carried out by an associated operator, and may be in buses, complying with the previously established schedules and routes. Passengers will be notified 24 hours in advance choosing to confirm the reservation or request the return of it.
Itineraries and routes may be modified due to inclement weather, street arrangements or restoration of tourist sites, massive events or demonstrations, among others.
On holidays, tours may be affected due to time changes or the closing of tourist spots, museums, shopping malls, among others.
In the event of a red weather alert, the activities will be coordinated by being informed by WhatsApp or E-mail. At this last point, the customer will be given the 100% refund of the reservation or the coordination on another available date.
In the event of external causes where your trip is canceled or any activity is prevented (cancellation of transport connection, health emergencies), the refund of 100% of the reservation will apply. The administration can request proof of the situation.
Tickets to museums and events are not included unless this is expressly indicated.
Food, tips, personal expenses are not included.
